Q - What hours can I order by
phone?
A - We take phone
orders 7 days a week 8am - 10pm Mountain Standard Time.
Our secure online ordering system is available 24 hours a day 7
days a week.
Q - How are the Chandeliers
shipped?
A - Smaller
Whitetail and Wagon Wheel Chandeliers ship via UPS or FedEx
ground. Our larger Whitetail, Moose and Elk Chandeliers
ship via freight truck.
Q - Why do I need to supply a
telephone number?
A - A telephone
number is required for the shipping insurance (UPS/FedEx &
Freight Truck). For larger Chandeliers, its also required
for the truck freight company to schedule delivery once your
Chandelier arrives in your area.
Q - Why is the
shipping for most items so inexpensive?
A - We price
the shipping at
$5
for each order to make figuring your total price easier.
Yes, its actually quite more expensive to ship our products.

Q - When will my
Chandelier arrive?
A - Shipping days
are Tuesdays & Thursdays. Chandeliers ship in most cases
on the Tuesday or Thursday following the sale. Once
shipped expect approximately 1 week for UPS/FedEx ground or 1 -
2 weeks for truck freight deliveries.
Payment Options
Online ordering
can be completed via our secure Paypal electronic shopping cart
system.
A Paypal account is
not required to use this system.
Through our shopping cart system we accept all major credit
cards.
By Phone:
If you're uncomfortable placing your order online, please call
us we'd be happy to process your order and credit card by phone.

1-888-801-8997. By phone we accept all major credit
cards.

We also accept
checks/money orders, but please be aware that we cannot ship
your order until payment is received and funds have fully
cleared with the bank. For checks/money orders please
call 1-888-34ANTLER or 1-888-801-8997 to submit order and obtain
payment address.
Shipping/Return
Policy
All items are
insured and guaranteed to arrive brand new, without damage.
In the unlikely event your item is damaged:
Antler
Chandeliers/Lamps smaller then 41" and all Wagon Wheels
- If the
Chandelier/Lamp is delivered without being signed for, simply
call us immediately if damaged (If a signature is requested, do
not sign for if damaged). A call tag will be issued for
the damaged Chandelier/Lamp and a brand new replacement will be
sent at no charge.
Antler
Chandeliers 41" or larger
-
These
Chandeliers are sent via Freight truck due to their large size
and require a signature upon delivery. Its imperative that
you do not sign for a damaged Chandelier as this will void the
shipping insurance. Open and inspect the Chandelier for
damage upon delivery. If damage is found, refuse delivery
(do not sign) and contact us immediately. A brand new
replacement Chandelier will be sent at no charge.
Returns
- If you are not satisfied with the Chandelier/Lamp you purchased from
CastAntlers.com, we will refund your money EXCLUDING the actual shipping &
insurance fees incurred for the shipment of your Chandelier/Lamp (NOTE:
For returns our $5 shipping charge DOES NOT reflect actual shipping cost.
On some Chandeliers/Lamps actual shipping cost is quite substantial).
Chandelier/Lamp must be returned within 15-days in original packaging and in
brand new condition. You must contact us for an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number and return address prior to
sending back a Chandelier/Lamp.
Refunds will not be issued if a return
is made without an RMA number.
Buyer is responsible for
return shipping cost. For returns we strongly recommend you purchase
shipping insurance. CastAntlers.com is not responsible for shipping
damage that occurs during return shipping.
Any item returned not adhering to these policies will not be refunded.
